Larnaca Events
Larnaca is one of the best cities in Cyprus for festivals and cultural events. Known for Kataklysmos, seaside celebrations and summer entertainment, the city attracts both locals and visitors throughout the year.
Kataklysmos Festival (Flood Festival)
Location: Larnaca
When: June (50 days after Easter)
Kataklysmos is one of the biggest traditional celebrations in Cyprus and one of the most famous events in Larnaca. The festival takes place along the Finikoudes promenade and includes concerts, traditional music, food stalls, dancing, entertainment and water-based activities.
Thousands of locals and tourists visit Larnaca every year during Kataklysmos.
Larnaca Summer Festival
Location: Larnaca
When: July–August
This annual summer festival features outdoor concerts, theatre performances, dance shows and cultural events held across the city.
