Driver Requirements
- Minimum age: 25 years
- Maximum age: 69 years
- Minimum driving experience: 3 years
- Driving licence must be in English or Latin alphabet
Additional drivers are allowed only if declared and approved in advance.
Vehicle Reservations
Bookings are made by car category, not specific model.
If a model is guaranteed, we will provide it or upgrade you free of charge.
If no replacement is available, you will receive a full refund.
Payments & Cards
We accept:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- American Express
- Diners Club
Payment card must be in the main driver’s name.
We may place a pre-authorisation (deposit) to cover the excess.
It is released after the car is returned in proper condition.
Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pick-up
- 50% refund within 48 hours
- No refund within 24 hours or in case of no-show
Insurance
All rentals include CDW (Collision Damage Waiver) with excess.
Optional upgrades:
- SCDW – reduced excess
- PCDW – minimum excess + tyre & glass protection
Insurance is not valid in cases such as:
- unauthorised driver
- alcohol/drug use
- reckless driving
- off-road driving
- failure to report accident
- violation of rental terms

Unlimited mileage included
Fuel Policy
Full-to-Full
Return the car with the same fuel level as received.
Delivery & Collection
- Free in Larnaca Airport & city (working hours)
- Outside hours: €25 delivery + €25 collection
- Other locations available for an extra fee
Rental Extension
If you wish to extend your rental, you must contact us before the return time.
Driving without extension approval may invalidate insurance.
Accidents
In case of accident, you must:
- contact police
- contact us immediately
- not admit fault
- provide full details (vehicles, drivers, witnesses)
Vehicle Return
Vehicle must be returned:
- on time
- at agreed location
- in same condition
Late return or wrong location may result in additional charges.
Northern Cyprus
Insurance is valid only in the Republic of Cyprus.
If you travel to Northern Cyprus, you must purchase separate insurance at the border.
You are fully responsible for the vehicle while there.
Fines & Penalties
All parking tickets, fines and penalties are customer’s responsibility.
Damage & Liability
The renter is responsible for any damage not covered by insurance.
In case of misuse or violation of terms, full liability applies.
