Driver Requirements:
Minimum driver age is 25 years. Maximum driver age is 69 years.
Additional Driver: With the consent of the renter, the vehicle may be driven by other persons.
Driving license: 3 years according to the drivers age and driving license issue date.
DRIVER LICENSE MUST BE WRITTEN IN ENGLISH OR LATIN ALPHABET CHARACTERS.

Cars:
Reservations are only accepted by car class and not by car model. If during online reservation on our website we mention that we guaranteed model, we will provide exact car or upgrade you in case the car will be out of order.
In the unlikely event that the car you booked, which we guaranteed, breaks down or is involved in an accident and we are unable to provide a replacement because all other cars have been rented, we will immediately provide you with a photo of the damaged car and an explanation of why a replacement is not possible. We will also refund your money in full.
Specific car models are subject to availability at the time of rental.

Refund and Cancellation Policy:
1. We accept cash and all credit cards and debit cards from internationally recognized credit card companies – such as American Express, Diners Club, Eurocard / Mastercard, Visa. All credit cards and debit cards must be in the name of the driver and have to be presented at the beginning of the rental period.
2. At the time when the customer makes the booking of the relevant car in Cyprus, KM SURE DRIVE CAR RENTALS LTD will make a pre-authorization to cover the excess amount for insurance purposes, pre-authorization amount would according to the type of the car on the credit and/or debit card of the customer.
3. KM SURE DRIVE CAR RENTALS LTD will VOID the pre-authorized amount to the customer when he returns the car to the same great and/or excellent condition he recognizes that he receives it.
4. Pre-pay Terms And Conditions:
100% pre-pay:
Cancel for free up to 48 hours before pick-up. Customers may cancel a 100% prepaid booking and receive a full refund if KM SURE DRIVE CAR RENTALS LTD is advised 2 days prior to the pick-up date. For cancellations with less than 2 days’ notice, a refund of 50% of the voucher value will be made. No refund is available for cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice.

Cards:
Accepted : American Express, Diners Club, Euro Card, Master Card, Visa.
Not Accepted: Pre-paid credit cards, Laser, Maestro, electron, or Switch cards. Make sure you have enough limit to cover the excess. In the event that you fail to present a valid credit card or lack of sufficient funds available on the credit card, we may refuse to release the vehicle. In these instances, no funds paid will be reimbursed.

Common situations where insurance might not be valid include:
Violation of Rental Agreement: If the renter violates terms of the rental agreement, such as unauthorized drivers operating the vehicle, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or using the car for illegal purposes.
Unreported or Unauthorized Drivers: If someone other than the drivers listed in the rental agreement is driving at the time of the accident.
Off-Road Driving: If the vehicle is used on roads or terrain not permitted by the rental agreement, like off-road driving in a non-off-road vehicle.
Out of Area Use: If the car is driven in an area or country not covered by the rental agreement or insurance policy.
Negligent Behavior: Accidents or damages caused by reckless driving or failure to adhere to driving laws and regulations.
Failure to Report an Accident or Damage: Not reporting an accident or damage to the rental company or to the police (if required) can invalidate the insurance.
Expired Rental Period: If the damage or accident occurs outside of the agreed rental period and the renter did not extend the rental legally.
Non-Payment of Insurance Premiums: If the renter chose additional insurance but did not pay the required premiums.

Delivery / Collection:
Free in Larnaca Airport & Within Larnaca City limits (within working hours) and available outside City limits for an extra charge. Outside working hours, within Larnaca Area extra 25 Euro charge apply for Delivery and Collection.

Extension of rentals:
Should you wish to extend your rental beyond the agreed date of termination, then the express consent of the renter should be obtained. It is important that the company’s branch is informed immediately so that insurance coverage is extended.

Accident Reporting and Responsibilities:
In the event of an accident, the renter/driver must:
• Notify the police and the owner immediately.
• Not move the vehicle without the owner’s consent or police instructions.
• Refrain from discussing liability, negotiating, or settling with any parties involved.
• Collect and provide Sure Car Rentals with the registration number of any vehicles involved, as well as the names and addresses of witnesses.

Return Policy for Vehicle and Equipment:
The vehicle and equipment must be returned to the specified location, date, and time as stated in the rental agreement and in the same condition as when received. Failure to return the vehicle and equipment to the designated location will result in the renter/driver being held responsible for any damage and/or loss incurred. Additionally, the renter/driver will be liable for any loss of use and any associated costs required for their return.

Insurance Coverage Notice for the Occupied North Part of Cyprus:
Please be aware that our insurance coverage does not extend to this region. You will need to purchase insurance at the border. While in northern Cyprus, you will be responsible for dealing directly with the local insurance company, as we are unable to provide assistance should any issues arise.. Liability and Responsibility in Case of an Accident:
In the event of an accident caused by the renter/driver, Sure Car Rentals holds no obligation to repair, replace, or provide a refund for the vehicle. The renter/driver is responsible for arranging and covering their own transportation from the accident scene.
